Migrate contents of MF Decoder Install Videos page

This is a #todo for me later. The page https://dccwiki.com/Specific_Decoder_Installs/Installations contains a bunch of wonderful links to decoders. I need to create a way to organize these better. Since the installation isn’t documented on the wiki, might not make sense to create a separate page for each video. Something to think about for me…..

Maybe organise them by brand name of the locomotive maker (Athearn, BLI, Intermountain…) so they are easy to add to and easier to find by the user.

Adding videos is easier than convincing people to take the time to document their projects on the wiki…

Today, with the evolution of decoders, it is just easier to buy a locomotive with one installed than to fuss around with installing one yourself.
