I moved the notes to be under DMM, there is a link in the track voltage article to the DMM page.
Track voltage is one of those recurring topics so it should stand on its own, but linking to the DMM page provides background information on why you do it that way.
The notes just add additional background, which would just add confusion. They are on a higher technical level, as Nyquist, sampling and aliasing provide answers to those wanting a more in-depth explanation.
